By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any programs, materials, sessions, community spaces, or services provided by Awakening Integration Institute LLC (“Company”), I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
For Educational Purpose Only:
All programs, materials, sessions, activations, meditations, and services provided by the Company are intended for educational, informational, personal development, and spiritual growth purposes only.
The Company does not provide medical advice, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or licensed healthcare services. Nothing provided should be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that participation may involve emotional, psychological, energetic, or physical experiences and responses. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation, decisions, actions, and well-being.
I understand that all participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
No Guarantees:
The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, transformations, results, or experiences. Individual results vary based on personal responsibility, engagement, and implementation.
Testimonials and shared experiences are individual examples only and are not guarantees of future results.
No Illegal Activity or Substance Promotion:
The Company does not provide, recommend, facilitate, or condone illegal substances or unlawful activities. Any personal decisions made by participants are solely their own responsibility.
Refund Policy:
Due to the digital and experiential nature of this program, all sales are generally final.
Refund requests will only be considered if submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase AND if:
Less than 10% of the program has been accessed
No downloadable/proprietary materials have been accessed or downloaded
No live sessions, calls, activations, coaching, or community experiences have been attended
Once any of these conditions have been exceeded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
No partial refunds will be provided for missed sessions, unused time, payment plans, or incomplete participation.

Intellectual Property:
All program materials, recordings, meditations, teachings, worksheets, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Awakening Integration Institute LLC and are protected by copyright law.
Materials are licensed for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, modified, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Community Conduct & Termination:
The Company reserves the right to remove or terminate access to any participant for disruptive, abusive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior, violations of these terms, or misuse of materials, without refund.
Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awakening Integration Institute LLC and its owners, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or other damages arising from participation in or use of the Company’s services or materials.
Privacy & Data:
The Company may collect personal information necessary to provide services, process payments, communicate with participants, and improve user experience.
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers. The Company does not store full payment information and does not sell personal data.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from participation or use of services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and participants waive the right to jury trials or class action claims.
